Our process is detailed and thorough, but also very tailored depending on what our clients need. Generally, we’ll start with an exploratory phone call where we explain the intricacies of the design process (more than we can write here), as well as what to expect moving forward. After that call, we set up either in-person or remote consultations depending on what our client needs. Following this meeting, we begin work on the design.
We always ask that our clients assemble photos and images of spaces that they love, but we also ask them to identify what they love and why in each picture. Based on this information, we are able to understand your aesthetic on a fundamental level. We also spend a good amount of time asking leading questions and carefully assessing your replies – we listen carefully, and that helps us truly pinpoint your personal aesthetic.
